The Self-Healing Programme

This programme directly supports healthy living and leadership, happy, valued employees, and operational excellence.

Elevated Leader Programme

The Self-Healing Programme is a prerequisite for this programme where we build on its concepts, taking them a leap further within the leadership capacity. 

As such, leaders must have begun the internal work necessary to dissolve their self-protective patterns and adopt more cognitively and emotionally sophisticated ways of being and doing, to get the most benefit from the Elevated Leader Programme. 

Here we explore in-depth the six virtues of an elevated leader and how to embody and apply these intelligences across leadership of work, team and self.

1:1 Coaching Sessions

Though not an exhaustive list, session topics include improving self-awareness and emotional intelligence, emotional wellbeing, deeper connections, clear communication and boundaries, troubleshooting difficult dynamics and conflict, inner child connection and healing, enhancing self-relationship, self-trust, and intuition, and supporting the nervous system and improving resilience.
